MENTAL energy. All mental energy follows the laws of physics - as:  a thing in motion tends to stay in motion.  When using frequencies to correct the course of mental energy, your pre-set directives work to remain in control.  This is a natural path of energy - to remain as-it-is.  If you are changing a neural pattern in your nervous system, the mental shift can be overwhelming. It generally takes 21 days (3 weeks) to make or break a pattern/habit, and 64 days (3-months) to re-set a neural pattern. You may experience the shift either  subtly or  profoundly, depending on how deeply it is embedded in your brain.  If the mental shift is too overwhelming for your nervous system, take a break.  Try using the remedy every other day or every third day, etc. -   based on your energetic capacity.
